KatMouse 188.8.131.52 is a program to enhance the functionality of mice with a scroll wheel.
The program offers something the author calls 'universal scrolling´: moving the mouse wheel will scroll the window directly beneath the mouse cursor, not the one with the keyboard focus, which is the default.
KatMouse also assigns the wheel button to perform task switching. When you click the wheel button you can push a window to the bottom of the stack of windows, allowing this to use another window.
Once installed, the program sits quietly as an icon in the system bar. You can enable or disable KatMouse clicking over its icon (a red cat).
Clicking over the icon with the right button of the mouse, you will access KatMouse´s contextual menu. You can there change the Settings of the program. In the General tab you can choose to put the program on the taskbar, and how many lines will you move when rotating the wheel of the mouse.
In Applications you can specify applications for customized scroll settings. In Classes you can do the same for Java Classes.
